Booking & Payment Policy
WATABI specializes in bespoke luxury travel experiences throughout Japan. All services are custom-designed based on each client’s preferences, travel style, and logistical requirements.
Initial Proposal Fee
For new partner inquiries, an initial proposal and itinerary preparation fee of USD 500 may apply.
This fee includes:
- Initial consultation
- Destination research
- Custom itinerary design
- Supplier coordination
- Preliminary budgeting
If the booking is confirmed, this fee will be fully credited toward the final invoice.
Minimum Trip Value
Our custom journeys typically start from USD 28,000 per booking.
Deposit
To confirm a reservation, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required.
Final Payment
The remaining balance must be completed 30 days prior to arrival in Japan.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept:
- Credit Card (processed securely via Stripe or Square)
- International Bank Transfer
Cancellation Policy
- 30+ days prior to arrival: Deposit retained
- 29–15 days prior: 50%
- 14–8 days prior: 75%
- 7 days or less: 100%
Changes & Emergencies
Where possible, unused services may be converted into a travel credit valid for 12 months, excluding non-refundable supplier costs.
