    Article 1 (Definitions)

    "WATABII" refers to the experience information website provided by Watabi LLC (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"), including associated email newsletters, social media communications, cultural experience information, information provided by partner companies contracted for cultural experience events, and the planning, arrangement, and sales of travel and event services (collectively referred to as "the Service").

    "Customers" refers to individuals, corporations, or organizations who have applied to use the Service according to procedures prescribed by us, after agreeing to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (collectively referred to as "these Terms"), and who have been approved by us to use the Service.

    Article 2 (Provision of Services)

    The Service includes planning, arranging, and selling travel and event services, publishing information about cultural experiences and events hosted by us, and providing culture-related information.
    We may include advertisements in emails sent to customers as part of the Service.

    Article 3 (Changes to Service Content)

    We reserve the right to modify or suspend the content of the Service without prior notice. Additionally, we may suspend or terminate the entire Service by providing customers with advance notice via our website, email, or other appropriate methods.

    Article 4 (Prohibited Acts of Customers)

    Customers are prohibited from engaging in the following acts when using the Service. If we determine that a customer has violated these Terms, we reserve the right to immediately revoke their access and suspend or terminate their use of the Service.

    ・ Registering false information or information belonging to others
    ・ Acts that are criminal, contrary to public order and morals, or potentially so
    ・ Acts violating these Terms, laws, or other agreements
    ・ Infringing copyrights, portrait rights, or other intellectual property rights of us, other customers, or third parties
    ・ Slandering or defaming other customers or third parties
    ・ Acts causing disadvantage to other customers or third parties
    ・ Impersonating another person when transmitting information to us
    ・ Transmitting or posting harmful computer programs
    ・ Lending, transferring, reselling, or sharing passwords with third parties
    ・ Registering multiple memberships by the same customer
    ・ Soliciting for organizations, services, or activities unrelated to the Service as determined by us
    ・ Belonging to or associating with anti-social forces or groups engaged in anti-social activities
    ・ Conducting transactions directly between customers based on information obtained through the Service without using the Service
    ・ Using or providing other customers' information obtained through the Service to third parties without explicit consent, for purposes other than using the Service
    ・ Other acts deemed inappropriate by us at our discretion

    Article 5 (Use of Customer Information)

    Registered information will be used to provide services and for customer identification purposes.
    By completing registration, customers consent to receiving emails and viewing information provided through the Service.
    We may create and utilize statistical data based on customer information. Additionally, we may conduct surveys and collect customer feedback.
    Copyrights of opinions and information posted or emailed by customers within the Service belong to us. We may process and use such information in articles or publications in a manner that does not identify individuals.

    Article 6 (Disclosure, Correction, Deletion, etc. of Application Information)

    If a customer requests disclosure or deletion of their personal information, we will respond after verifying the identity of the requester through appropriate methods based on the circumstances. If incorrect information is found and correction is requested, we will similarly verify identity before making corrections.

    Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)

    We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by customers or third parties resulting from the use of the Service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Even in cases where we are liable, our responsibility shall be limited to normal and direct damages. We shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or damages arising from unforeseen circumstances.
    Customers acknowledge that various information provided through the Service is the responsibility of third parties, and we do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness. Customers shall use all services and information at their own risk.
    We do not guarantee that the Service will be free from malfunctions, errors, or failures, nor do we guarantee the accuracy of information obtained through the Service or that the Service will meet customers' expectations.

    Article 8 (Viruses, etc.)

    We shall not be liable for damages caused by computer viruses that cannot be prevented by standard antivirus measures, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control ("force majeure").
    We do not guarantee that data within the Service will not be deleted or altered due to viruses or other force majeure events. Customers are responsible for backing up their own data.

    Article 9 (Changes to and Approval of the Agreement)

    We may modify, add, or delete provisions of these Terms at any time without prior consent from customers. Posting the updated Terms on the Service constitutes notification and customer acceptance.

    Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

    These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

    Article 11 (Business Hours and Out-of-Hours Correspondence)

    Our customer service hours are from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm (Japan Standard Time), Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and New Year holidays (December 30 to January 5). Communications received outside these hours will be processed on the next business day. This includes requests related to transactions, such as cancellations.

    Personal information refers to information related to an individual that can identify the customer in question through details such as name, address, phone number, email address, and other descriptions. Even if the information alone cannot identify the individual, it is still considered personal information if it can be easily cross-referenced with other information to identify the individual.

    The personal information of registered customers will be used within the scope necessary to achieve the following purposes:

    ・ Personal authentication of registered customers and provision of services.
    ・ Providing information about cultural experience events and other various information via email, postal mail, or phone, as entrusted by individual companies offering cultural experiences.
    ・ Temporary backup storage for the operation and management of this service.
    ・ Accepting applications for various campaigns, surveys, etc., and contacting or delivering items to eligible participants.
    ・ Conducting investigations and verifications to ensure the safe operation of this service.
    ・ Responding to opinions, inquiries, and other feedback related to this service.
    ・ Addressing inquiries and requests related to this service.
    ・ Sending important notifications regarding changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.
    ・ Other purposes incidental to the above purposes.

    Note:

    ・ If personal information is not correctly registered, certain services may not be available.
    ・ Personal information provided by customers to companies or other entities at their own discretion will be managed in accordance with the personal information management regulations of the respective recipient companies. For inquiries regarding the handling of personal information managed by these companies, please contact the respective companies directly.

    Management of Personal Information

    1. Provision to Third Parties

    We will take all necessary precautions to manage customers' personal information and will not disclose it to third parties without the customer's consent. However, the following cases are exceptions:

    ・ (i) When the customer voluntarily discloses their personal information to a specific company.
    ・ (ii) When the content registered by the customer in this service inadvertently identifies the individual.
    ・ (iii) When we determine that the customer has caused or may cause harm to our company or third parties, and we notify the relevant third party, police authorities, or other institutions with equivalent authority, or when disclosure is requested by such institutions.
    ・ (iv) When personal information is provided due to business succession resulting from a merger or other reasons.

    2. Safety Measures for Personal Information

    We will take appropriate preventive measures against risks such as unauthorized access to personal information, loss, damage, alteration, and leakage of personal information to ensure its safety and accuracy. In the event of an issue, we will strive to minimize the damage and promptly implement corrective measures.

    3. Internal Management of Personal Information

    We will establish a system to appropriately protect and manage personal information, define internal regulations regarding the proper acquisition, use, and provision of personal information, and ensure compliance. To protect the safety of customers' personal information, we will communicate privacy and security guidelines to our employees and enforce internal privacy protection measures.     4. Outsourcing of Personal Information

    We may outsource the handling of personal information, in whole or in part, to external parties within the scope necessary for providing this service.
